I have a unit logo I would like straightened out (not sure why its stretched) and updated to 300 dpi or higher. That would be one file. Second file would be using that same logo, make it decorated for the holidays (holly in eagle's mouth, lights around logo, etc. - nothing too over the top, please :) )

* I put two file size versions of the same logo, in case one is easier than the other to work with.

Hi to clarify:
-those are the only files I have.
-I would like two files created:
*one is making the original graphic 300 dpi or higher. I need it to be edited as such so I can use it to make t-shirts, etc.
*second is using that original graphic, adding holiday/Christmas accents such as a holly leaf in the Eagle's mouth, Christmas lights, etc.
