  Hi again, This is better.
  
  My notes:
  * Make the left meny gray or black.
  * Switch place between the red and orange colors
  * Remove the dotted pattern
  * Remove the three orange squares
  * I don't like the "rough" circular picture frames
  * I like the "color tone transition" on the footer, play more with that
  
  You can see a text file with welcome page text. One column but every second paragraph can be slightly offset left or right.
