I am looking for someone who is very artistically talented to design and draw Mardi Gras Floats, we have a set template and we will give you the theme to design we are looks for over 100 designs with specific theme it must be first drawn in pencil and ink and then colored as the
Examples we posted, this could be a yearly deal if we find the right person. We would like to start with a theme in the days of King Arthur
