I am looking for a skilled landscape architect to create a stunning outdoor plan for my new build. The outdoor space is approximately 3000 sq ft. I am seeking a design that is both functional and decorative, with a focus on creating a beautiful and practical outdoor area. The goal is to create pathways, lighting, benches for sitting, and plant and tree selection to inspire peace and tranquility.

Skills and experience required for this project:
- 3D modeling and rendering to show finished effect
- Proven experience in landscape architecture and design
- Strong knowledge of plants, trees, materials, and techniques for outdoor spaces in Agricultural Zone 6
- Ability to create inspiration, functional, peaceful, and aesthetically pleasing designs
- Creativity and ability to think outside the box
- Excellent communication skills to understand and incorporate my suggestions and ideas
- Attention to detail and ability to bring the design to life through implementation

MATERIALS:
I have uploaded a site plan from the developer. This building will reside on LOT 1. There is a survey, a floorplan, elvations, and a rendering. The actual CAD files for the renderings are too big to upload here if you want them I will share them elsewhere.

The house is an L shaped building. The "crook" of the L is on the SW corner of the lot. From SW to NE corner there is about 22' of fell. In the NE corner, there is a level place for a sitting area/contemplation garden.
