1. First Dental visit: When the first tooth appears, or no later than the child's first birthday
2. Children should brush their teeth twice a day for two minutes each time. It is recommended that parents supervise their children and assist them with brushing until they are 7 years old.
3. Amount of tooth paste (google image: pea size tooth paste) there is a picture that shows a toothbrush with pea size toothpaste, and one of with rice grain)
4. Amount of Fluoride in toothpaste: the british society of paediatric dentistry recommends using a fluoride toothpaste with a concentration of 1350-1500ppm for children age 3-6 with high risk of caries.
5. It is recommended that children should visit the dentist every 6 months. Your child's dentist may recommend more frequent visits based on your child's needs.
6. Teething advices - use a clean finger to rub the area or give you child a teething ring or a cold, wet washcloth to chew on. Don't use topical numbing gel without a consult with your pediatric dentist.

I would like to know a little bit more because the brief isn't complete at all.
Some crucial information are not included in the brief as like...

Color theme - blue - green - soft blue - etc.

Tone of the design- Sirius - bold - playful - masculine - etc.

Also you can provide some reference image's that you like & you would like to get design's like them.

These are some crucial information i need to come up with the design that closer to your imagination.
