Resumen del concurso
We need a designer to develop a holiday card that a PR firm plans to send to individual stakeholders. The boy and girl scientist characters as shown here (whitecoatstrategies.com) will be recreated for integration in a fun holiday scene that plays off a scientific/innovation-focused theme in some creative way. The scene will be something as simple as the characters measuring snowfall or using other science-based metrics to quantify holiday cheer through static visuals.
This will be an e-card that will be e-mailed to current, former and prospective clients through MailChimp. We will also want to incorporate our logo in addition to text which we can provide to you.

Offering feedback on the first four entries: we like EmThrussell's entry a lot, but it needs more room for a message to be added with the blue background, it needs a bit more contrast between the whitecoats and the blue, and the tower looks a bit like a stereo speaker. The three entries by the flux are good too, however they are too industrial. The scene on our web page they are using specifically takes science and converts the science into communications. This makes us look like we are polluting in winter time so I'm afraid that doesn't work. Not big on the santa hats - those who are hindu, muslim, or jewish don't really identify with that.
