I need a Book Cover for an eBook designed

I'm writing a game guide eBook for the upcoming game Dawn of War 3. I tried several attempts at designing the book cover, but I have the Graphic Design skills of a small child.

See the attached images for the ideas I had/tried.

- My company is called: "Khaos Club"
- The book title is: "Dawn of War 3 Pro Guide"

Please be sure to google "Dawn of War 3" at least, so you know the theme. If your graphic design skills are no better than mine, please do not waste my time.

- I need the image size to be 575x798 and I need the background to be transparent.
- I need the book cover to be somewhat offset in the image and I need the size of the book cover to be 467x697.

UPDATE:
- I would like to get 2 copies of the book cover. 1) A copy that is "flat" and 2) a copy that has the appearance of "depth" so that it kind of looks 3D when it's on the website (a bevel? something?)

UPDATE #2:
- I just attached the image "dow3 no text" I am using as the background on my website. Please do not use this image on your book cover.
