Hello Everyone,
In the UK there is a growing gym wear brand called GYMSHARK. I want to have designed a similar logo (with a slightly different font) for a project called GYMSHIRK. The project is to encourage those who have been avoiding getting fit to take the first steps towards better health. The wording is fairly simple, but the main part of the contest is to have a logo to replace the shark's head of Gymshark.
My idea is to have a logo of someone sitting on a floor with their laptop on their lap as representing a non-active lifestyle, in a stylised way so that once you observe the abstract form you can see what it is. I am not keen on the sharp lines of Gymshark, so I would prefer curves rather than lines and angles. I have attached files to help explain and a simple sketch drawn by myself with a first thought of the logo, with the face, torso, leg foot and laptop screen represented.
The hand-drawn images are just an idea, and I will leave it to your interpretation.
