This opens a zip file called 'uk-englandwales-ndr-2010-summaryvaluations-compiled-epoch-0001-baseline-csv' which contains a csv file.

There are over 2m rows of data in this file, so transfering via excel won't work. I will award the contract to anyone who can show a screenprint of all rows of data in access. It can be then transfered via an rar file. Once I can open all lines in access, I will do transfer.
