My team is going to the World Championship Dragon Boat races in Australia and I want a new team jersey.

The team name is Catch-22.
The team colors are red and white and we use blue as an accent color.

I want a modern design, that is clean and not busy. No graffiti, cartoons or anime. It is a team of older women. The sport is Chinese and the design should include a Chinese dragon, perhaps as a faint background. There are 22 paddlers on the boat at the same time which explains the name. There is a team picture attached showing the old, boring uniforms. These are mature, professional women.

We are using dye sublimation to print so there can be gradients. Basically no limits on the design. If it is on the .AI file it can be printed on the shirt.

There are four elements. Front, Back, Sleeves and side panels. The template attached shows a zipper front. We will use the winning design to create a tank top and a long sleeve version.

I like a carbon fiber weave either in red, black or blue. This might be a good accent or something for the sides or sleeves. A design that provides a slimming look is a bonus.

The file CCWC2016_01.jpg. is the logo for the event. That logo needs to be incorporated along with the IDBF and the USDBF logos. The club logo says Vancouver Lake Crew. The logos should be small and not prominent. None of the logos should be incorporated in the design.

Here is an example of a dye sub jersey - http://www.oddballworkshop.com/gallery.php# . They do a lot of dragon boat jerseys. Good for ideas, but don't copy any. The sport is very small and I am active at an international level. I know a lot of the existing jerseys and I will be checking the winning design against google so make it original.

At the collar on the back of the jersey in small letters it should say “Paddle like hell – ECJ”

The final file needs to be in ADOBE ILLUSTRATOR. This is a requirement. I do not use any other programs.

Winning designer will be used for future club design projects.

  I'm sorry if u find something offencive ,but I was just saying cuz I was working on the last design for like more then 10hrs n u chose a winner earlier ,that's what I said .by mistake caps lock was on ,so it was all in capital letter ,I was not yelling . I just felt bad and disappointed that's it ,u know it's almost 3 o clock at night n I had been working on that and when I was going to submit ,I saw u chose a winner so I felt bad that's it .but sorry once again ,didn't mean to disrespect at all .
