I am looking to create a Tshirt. I need a high quality art at least 300 dpi. 12X16 print.

What i am looking for :

I'm looking for a design where someone is recording an incident outside.
the image on the phone, is a person kneeling on the floor and his hands are in a position of defense as if he is about to get hit by a bat. The image should not show the violence but to give the impression of immediate danger. The phone screen should also show "REC" Please look at the image file get an idea of how i would want it to look. I'm looking for the first person view of a violent act being recorded.
