iSupport4life is an put out of warranty repair agent specializing in repairing of PCs, Laptops, iPads, tablets and smartphones and gaming devices. We offer our technical services in the following ways: 1- Walk-in to our corporate offices
2-Within a national retail computer chain (we supply the tech, parts and equipment to facilitate this service in their stores.
3 - Via our website
4 - Via a patent pending service called the Smartdevicedropbox which we are going to need a brands strategy to take forward.

Our Unique Value Proposition is: Expertise, Unique ability to fix devices that others deem impossible to fix, We offer a lifetime warranty on our repairs excluding water damage. We repair high end brands like Apple and Samsung, but we also repair generic brands like Lenove, Asus,HP Accer etc. We have a fast turnaround time and can perform nationally.

The company is in tech industry, the logo has to be:
• Used the Golden Ratio design in your creative work
• Very creative
• Easy to relate to; support, repairing tech devices or protection
• Professional
• No cartoon characters
• Do not exaggerate
• Just simple but well set and designed




In the logo design use the primary of black white and grey.
We want full corporate kit, we want a design that’s cohesive throughout the forms, such as:

1. Business cards
2. Email Signatures
3. Corporate Clothing design
4. Re-design and simplify current website building SEO friendly pages in new site. We currently work on a template based website and would like to continue using that platform.
