Should have Blog page, News Blog. Careers page has custom CSS, JS and html from lever.co

Services should be Changed to practices and each part should have its own sub page.

take existing content and repurpose in the new layout. Have reach us or contact us option appear on each page, that collects name, email, phone and a small description. While it is great to have every singe element editable by non-technical team members, at least we need options to add new content easily (news, blogs, contracts, clients, etc).

we don't want to make it too formal, nice balance of modern, engaging and professional will be ideal.

We will provide exiting code if needed, and admin rights into squarespace to get the job done.
