. I am looking to have some 3D renders and modelling done in Colour for a real estate brochure . I have the architectural plans.
I have now attached some acceptable examples . I will happily provide my architechtural plans in either . pdf or .dwg format

I would also like the plans ( attached) to be rendered in colour.

also change the file format to png's so we can submit..
but if it is an animated architectural render 200$ is simple not enough
