I need a fresh new look on the buttons in my web application. You'll find the old ones in the attached picture. Please give me an example with the header included.

I would like the buttons delivered from the winner in .png and .psd-format.

Soooo, after reviewing all the entries, I think I've decided on:
- Text intergrated in button, like most of the entries not rejected
- Buttons with "portrait proportions", to better fit the mobile device in portrait mode and for fitting the text.
- Same text size on all buttons
- Text on one line
- To facilitate the two wishes above, the text of "Bortvist u/hendelse" and "Bortvist m/hendelse" can be changed to "Bortvist" and "Bortvist +"
- Square corners, or very little rouding
- Enhanced text field
- Shadows from symbols....see entry 15

I don't know how it will look, but you could also try to incorporate the text in the bottom of the icons, and make the icons larger (closer together).
