Update #3

Hi! This is the third update. Do have feedbacks on the latest flow plan. I've adjusted according to your suggestion. The bypass valve from the outlet to the inlet is not done yet. What kind of valve do you think is better? Rotating, butterfly valve? Other than that, the design is included with the bottom HEPA filter holder and the HEPA filter itself. One of the ways to fasten both top and bottom ventilator is by the 4 columns as in the figure shown. This makes it easier to maintain and clean.

Hi Ahmad, You need to change the layout to use the improved ideas I gave in the last few days, You ideas are good but it would be better to feed the fan air into the vacuum so virus is not spread and also so that air is filtered inside the vacuum cleaner many times (to remove virus etc). Look at my recent sketches, the fan and the bypass valve are at the vacuum suction entrance and they can have simple sliding gate valves to increase/decrease the fan flow and open/close the bypass which will affect the inhale pressure, Safety valves can be off the shelf but a simple hinged flap with a spring would perhaps be cheaper, Use the pressure and vacuum limits given in the documents if you find off-the-shelf safety valves.

The safety valve is simple spring loaded valve. The inside labyrinth has all been filleted to avoid bacterial growth. I have been trying to eliminate dead spaces for airflow as much as I can, but if you have any suggestion do tell me!
