Design a prestigious real estate advertisement that will go in a home magazine.
Specifications are 284mm depth x 372 width. Please pick from the selection of photos and text to include what you think would make it look the most appealing. Remember the aim of the advertisement is to sell the property.
Look forward to seeing all of your creativity entries. I will do my best to keep up to date with the entries and provide feedback when I feel that it is required.

Thank you to everyone for your entries. Try to think more about your choice of colors. Please include the agent photo and contact details. The address should be bold and larger then the rest of the text but it shouldn't be the heading. It's not really a selling point. Try something like - A family sanctuary with a touch of Tuscany. Or you might come up with something better?
