Hi,

I need a logo designed for a new business venture. The Name Badge Place.biz will sell badges, plastic cards and other customized PR material.

The logo needs to be modern, fresh and corporate with an element of fun.

i will need files for both web and print as well as in mono and all major compatible formats. All content will be 100% royalty free and 100% owned by me at the end of the contest.

Guys, I am receiving links showing me possible replicas of logos people have submitted. Why am I receiving these and what does it mean? It is virtually impossible to have a unique idea without some kind of influence from somewhere. So can someone please tell me why I am being sent the links below???

  In most cases other designers find out about copies and report those competitors/contestants. As you can see, a few ppl sent you already some copycat designers and designs...so, probably, all the others are fine.

  I hate to put people on the spot, but yes, some of the contestants are cheating. It's hard to come up with a concept that hasn't been used many times before, but at least two of the contestants downright made a clean copy of something they found on the internet. If you choose one of these you might get a problem with copyright, and you most certainly won't have a unique logo.
  
  The reason for me speaking out about this is because it violates the "Terms and Condition" for submitting on freelancer, and it's very frustrating too the other contestants who are creating original designs. It also hurts you as the employer. Fortunately, most designers do their own work.

  I found out about this because i found some of the logos to be very familiar, and ran a google search ("search in google for this picture"). You can easily find some of the designs/concepts by googling "n logo", "tnbp logo" or have a look at biz-logo.com.
