Welcome to our new brand of LED lighting: ASCENTI LIGHTING

Wiktionary: plural form of ascendente
Adjective: ascendente m, f (masculine and feminine plural ascenti) ascending, upward
Noun: ascendente m (plural ascendenti) ancestor, ascendancy

We are starting a RESIDENTIAL lighting brand that will be designing and building LED lighting products for the landscape, outdoor and custom interior lighting of residential projects. We may sell to commercial projects too, but our focus will be high-end residential lighting.

Our original/base/mother company is REYK PRODUCTS LLC and the logo DOES not need to relate to it, but I thought you should the base company.

The logo should only be the TEXT if possible, but we would consider a small element that is NOT text but associated with the text. The logo should work with just the word ASCENTI, or ASCENTI LIGHTING, or ASCENT LED.

Or tag line is "Evolving Beyond Technology" or "Evolving Above Technology" which is to strive upward and beyond the normal. We are ASCENDING to the next level and beyond our ancestors and evolving to the next level

We will probably build the product lines based on the design direction we decide from here, so it will have implications beyond just the name, but the names of all the products beyond it..

I want the logo to feel like there is elegance, modern, with flourishes and detailed organic shapes, possibly technical/engineering, but mostly something that would appeal to a home owner customer who is building or renovating a modern home or backyard landscaped area. It should have some modern flair with a contemporary feel that you might see on a brand of clothing. I really like the branding AFFLICTION (http://www.afflictionclothing.com/) but that is too harsh for us. I like the concept of the WORD being the brand, so a completely stylized word would be appropriate.

Also think of the concept of evolution and ancestry linkages. The concept of "evolving" to the new world, but the old world is the TECHNICAL WORLD while the new world is not technical at all. Just art and beauty in the foreground, and the science engineering in the background.

The photo attached IMG_0232.jpg is one of more recent projects where we custom fabricated a handrail light for this raised walkway in the canyons of Beverley Hills.

great work PEOPLE! Wow wow. I would like to send a reminder that the company brand name is ASCENTI not ASCENT. But also, we have not seen any logos that flow. I do like some of this direction, but we would really like to see something that has more edgy agressive flow, We provided a link, but do some image searches on the "affliction clothing" brand. See their flow and edginess and modern evolution?
