I'm looking for someone to design a modern letterhead for my business Okinawa Sports and Spinal that provides physiotherapy, Chiropractic and Sports massage on the Island of Okinawa Japan.

Ideal skills for this job include graphic design and experience with creating letterheads.

We would like to versions of the letterhead

1. A PDF format that can be feed into a printers paper tray.

2. A DOCx microsoft word document that allows it to be printed or saved as PDF. For the word document we would like the first page to contain the letter head and then the following pages to be left blank so that the a multiple page letter does not have the letterhead on every page, only the cover page.

We will need to update some phone numbers just towards the end of the brief.

Please put the logo at the top left, Address, email and phone details on the top right as well as a footer that contains our colours and repeats our contact information. The information to be included in the letter head is

If you are confident and understand the Microsoft word task please just submit a copy of 1. The PDF letterhead version and you can complete the 2nd task once we allocate a winner.

I have attached a logo, raw logo files and also some recent signs we made although we will be replacing these signs soon.
