I have an ebook almost ready to publish. The main message of the book is that people need to be successful in three areas of their career so that they can progress in their career. Mostly people are only good at two and forget about the third.
Instead of calling them “areas“ I have decided to call them ‘gears’. I am after a graphic to represent three equal gears or cogs will give you success if they are connected.

There will be lots of other graphics coming to the successful person as future graphics will need to have, for example, two gears at the front and one ignored gear in the background.

I’m not sure if the gears should be “photo realistic” or whether they should be more cartoon. I will leave it up to you!

The business book is about 50,000 words long so if you get this main graphic right I will then be able to ask you to do all the other graphics which involve one or two or many other combinations of that main graphic.
I have included a very amateur bad example.

I do not mind if you have a shadow or not I’ll leave it up to you but later on they will need to be labels or words in the middle of each of the gears, so you would need to keep that in mind when you designed the gears.

Basically to start off I want a “three gear model”

Hello again… Thank you all for your contributions. What I’m after really is just the gears graphic… You do not have to put it on a book- cover background. Just the three gears. With the three gears being just about the same size each like so that it is an icon not literal. Just the 3 gears. the graphich will apear about 10 to 20 times in the book
