The main feature for production planning is called the dashboard because it allows creating a production plan from a single interface with the necessary tools to compile the production schedule. The dashboard in Figure 1 is composed of the following elements:

A graphical map of the warehouse status, where the composition of the items is illustrated by size-proportional squares representing their quantities in stock. This map is designed to highlight items with stock quantities below the minimum level, which are shown with a red background square. It is also possible to view the map with the available quantity, considering customer commitments, and a representation in terms of monthly sales. In this representation, items are shown in red if the availability minus the average monthly sales is less than the minimum stock. Additionally, a temporal projection can be displayed, subtracting from the stock the expected quantity of outgoing items based on historical data using linear regression techniques (see figures in ii), demonstrating how the warehouse tends to deplete over time. When hovering over the squares, the item's description and stock level appear. Clicking on a square displays the stock levels of the corresponding series of items described in point 2. Users can also select any item and add it to the list of selected items, as mentioned in point 3.

This section represents the product series of the selected item from the map. A bar chart displays the quantities by color, highlighting items with stock quantities below the minimum level. The table below shows the items of the series, which can be selected to be added to the list of selected items (point 3).

In this table, the selected items are represented. Initially, the list is populated with all items that are below the minimum threshold. However, additional items can be added by selecting them from the map or the series. In this table, users can view stock levels, commitments, and monthly consumption to assess how much material should be put into production. By selecting the product, line, and quantity, users can add the item to the Production list described on the right in point 4. When an item is moved to the production table, it disappears from the list of selected items, and this operation can also be reversed.

This list contains the products intended for production. Based on the selected quantities, these items occupy the line for a defined time according to the productivity data taken from the register. The times are calculated to insert the products in a queue, one after the other. This is best represented in the Gantt chart described in point 5.

The Gantt chart represents the commitment for each production line and the corresponding quantities of items. The current format is displayed, and each rectangle represents an item's commitment on the line. The x-axis indicates the time when the line is occupied (day and hour). Users can select a rectangle to move it before or after in the sequence or modify the quantities. This way, the chart is organized according to the new specifications and updates the table in point 4. On the left side are commands to save, name the program, or retrieve a previously saved program.

Initially, the various charts can be represented by images, while the other objects are typical form fields and data tables. The page's design theme should also be revamped using an original Bootstrap theme.
