Project Title: Avatar Design for Mobile Audio Tourist App

Project Overview:

We are seeking a talented and experienced character designer and animator to create a human-like, realistic cartoon avatar for our mobile application, which serves as an audio guide for tourists. The avatar will play a crucial role in the app, acting as a personal guide that talks and points out features, enhancing user engagement through interactive guidance.

Project Requirements:
Realistic Cartoon Human Face: The avatar should have a friendly and approachable face, with a slightly exaggerated head size to emphasize facial expressions.

Upper Body and Hands: Visible and designed for making pointing gestures and other hand movements to guide users interactively. Face should be bigger in proportion than rest of the body.

Variations: We require five different variations of the avatar, each showcasing different moods, wearing traditional Indian outfits, and making various hand gestures. These variations will cater to diverse scenarios within the app, making the guidance more engaging and culturally rich.

Format: The deliverables should be in GIF format, capturing dynamic movements such as speaking (lip movements) and pointing actions. The animations need to be smooth and expressive, effectively mimicking real-life interactions.

Use Case Scenarios:
Tour Guide: The avatar will pop up at the center of the screen, acting as a tour guide. During these moments, the GIF will show the avatar speaking (lip movements synchronized with audio playback) and pointing, enhancing the storytelling experience of the tour.

App User Guide: Apart from acting as a tour guide, the avatar will also assist users in navigating the app. It will point to different elements within the app, guiding users on how to utilize its features effectively.
Purpose: The primary goal of this project is to significantly enhance user engagement by providing an interactive, friendly, and informative guide within our mobile application. The avatar will serve as a bridge between technology and human touch, making the app more user-friendly and engaging.

Deliverables:
5 GIF files of the avatar, each with unique outfits, moods, and gestures, suitable for the outlined use case scenarios.

Has extensive experience in character design and animation.
Can strike a perfect balance between realism and cartoonish charm, creating an avatar that is both engaging and relatable.
Is proficient in creating detailed facial expressions, movements, and animations in GIF format.
Understands the importance of cultural sensitivity and can incorporate traditional elements seamlessly into the avatar's design.
