As the client, I am in search of a skilled and experienced freelancer to design a unique, user-friendly website template for me. To fulfill my requirements:

• The template should be suitable for a website that serves several functionalities.

Ideal Skills:
• Experience in multi-functionality website design
• Expertise in color schematics

Color Scheme:
• The desired color scheme for the project is a mixture of Black, White, Tan, and Olive Drab Green. Your design should incorporate these colors in a balanced and visually pleasing manner.

Homepage Sections:
• The homepage needs to have the following sections: "About Us", "Services", and Headings for each section.
• In addition to these, the homepage needs to host a "Forum" section, a "Buy & Sell" section, and a "Biography" section.

My prospective freelancer needs to have experience in designing diverse sections on a website and proficiently working with the stated color scheme.

This custom website design project requires creativity, attention to detail, and a keen understanding of user navigation within a website. If you fit these criteria, please bid with your strategic approach towards it.
