  with a voiceover there will be a audio which will narrate the story with the visuals/animations and without voiceover there will be animated texts added along with graphics to depict the story. Freelancer strictly prohibits to post portfolio links in the contest description but if you can personally message me i can send you links. For eg, the first link that you sent is without a voiceover and the second link is with a voiceover. Hope that helps :D
