We are looking for a part-time resource to assist with the final production of business reports. You need to understand English well as you will be required to convert text and graphics into interesting and colourful infographics.

TO FIND THE BEST PERSON FOR THIS JOB WE HAVE DECIDED TO RUN THIS CONTEST, THE WINNER IS GUARANTEED OF ONGOING WORK!

Project:
Please convert the attached document called 'Freelancer contest - infographics marked v2' into a Microsoft Word document and then where indicated by the comments on the PDF, create some suitable infographics to visually explain the text and graphs.

There is a document attached called 'sample of infographics', this demonstrates some simple infographics that give an idea of what I'm looking for. Hopefully you will do a better job of these images!

There is another document attached called 'informing_brochure_consulting_word_template_A4', this document was produced by a graphic artist. Don't use this one, but his does show you the quality of the document I require.

I should also clarify that this document is produced by UBTA, for any company, in this sample case we are doing it for Sydney Machinery. Note that we are very particular about our branding, please stick to the style in the raw InDesign files attched.

The final document you produce will need to be MS Word and must be easily editable and easy to print professionally.

Please also let me know if you use a PC or a MAC.

Hi CH, it should be in A4 size? Preferrably, how many pages you are expecting for this? I just recently finished 2 infographic project in MS Word file for my client. I confident I can do this for you.

  Yes A4. Either the same number of pages as the 'Freelancer contest' document or maybe an extra page if you require due to the extra infographics.

Just to clarify, to see if I am a good candidate...You would always want work as word files? I work in In design for layouts like this one. The infographics would generally be in Illustrator or photoshop and dropped into the layout as jpegs. So, finally you would have a PDF version. If you want word files designed then this wouldn't be my specialty. I'm sure others would want that clarified too if you don't mind responding that would be great!! thanks!!

  Hello, I'm happy for you to create the graphics in InDesign but for this project we'll use MS Word to share and print the final document. This is because the various people creating and reviewing the document only have MS Word. With this in mind, we would need to make sure the MS Word document doesn't have any super tricky features, it should be easy to edit. Obviously if you are the chosen GA for this job, going forward, you'll be able to fix the final document before going to print.
