I want a mobile app created that will become a user's "Life Coach" so it will provide users information, suggestions and guidance. I will provide all of the text and structure for those functions. Additionally, the app will have a number of specific features that are listed in the attached document. I would also like a nice-looking user interface and app icon. The app needs to be developed for both iOS and Android platforms and I will need them submitted to iTunes and Google Play. The budget for this project is $500 USD and that amount is non-negotiable. If the project cannot be done with this budget, please do not bother responding to this contest.

Thanks for compliment. If you want some functionality to online you need server so i can create apis for that and will use in app.
if set some functionality to online it can accessible to all user.
If user upload data to server then user can see that in every device but if you set it offline then it can only accessible to 1 device.

  There are many apps which i did not mention in my portfolio. I can built your app ASAP. And i can make some functionality to be online and some offline.
  There are many advantages to set online data. like if you want to add some topics or anything you dont need to update app you just have to add data to server and app will automatic add data. and of course it needs internet.
