Resumen del concurso

I need to have the attached Excel workbook with all of its sheets converted to a PHP/JavaScript webpage; note that there are six sheets in this workbook.

The first year on the "User Interface" page needs to be variable, but it must at least go back to the year 2007.
The last year should automatically update to the last complete calendar year (e.g. as of today, 2017).

The "YOUR INVESTMENT" string should variable allowing the user to input a name.

On the User Interface tab, we need to ask the question: "Is your investment a private security?" With a Yes/No option to answer. If the answer is Yes, then the output from the Calculations sheet under "For Private Securities" replaces the appropriate outputs : "Eλ(Ri)" for "E(Ri)" and "αλ" for "α".

Every year's "Annual Return" (the blue cells) must be required fields. The S&P 500 and MSCI US REIT "Annual Returns" should be scraped. All calculations must update accordingly.

The layout of the webpage should be similar to the layout of the Excel workbook, but all the information in all the sheets in the Excel workbook should be accessible or display on one webpage.

Once you are familiar with workbook and have identified the user inputs, you can unlock the sheets to see the formulas with the password "physics".

On the Glossary sheet, the term "Private Securities" should be added after "Omega Ratio" and before "R-Squared". The definition for Private Securities is: "Securities are exempt from registration with the U.S. Securities & Exchange Commission ("SEC") and do not trade on a secondary exchange. As a result, private securities are illiquid, and the owner should expect to hold them for the term defined in their respective offering documents."

For the Current Market Data, I only need the current 10 yr treasury yield, and it can be scraped from https://www.marketwatch.com/investing/bond/tmubmusd10y?countrycode=bx
You'll need to change the label of the Risk Free Rate label on each sheet/tab from 5 yr to 10 yr.

Make user access to the page require login credentials that I can manage as an admin.
