We like to know a text writer that is straight to the point and can write harsh blogs not these nice written blogs just straight to the point
I have added a text that you have to change for this contest, it's a text for a development company.

Is it difficult? Creating a well-functioning development team, but why would you put in all this stress and uncertainty whether you have found the right people that can also work together flawlessly this takes so much time and gives you so much headache while teams are ready are trained to have an expertise in the field you need who can work right away on your projects without any of the troublesome. Developers who generally you have to lead them all remote while you barely know how to turn on the computer so to speak. Let this just do it by an experienced team, that's all that's said. Or you like to complicate your life with things that you shouldn't worry about at all, just hand it over that is the best and achieve results so that you can continue to focus on the growth of the company.

I would like to try and do this for your but I wanted to check with you something. I'm not sure if you are a native English speaker, but some of what you wrote seems really condescending towards the reader, you are accusing them of not knowing what they're doing. I think it would be better if you ask them if they feel confident doing what they need to do, that way they can decide if they know or don't know. Because some readers may know what they're doing but still require extra help. Please let me know what you think and I'll start writing.
