Resumen del concurso

I would like to design a vector arcade panel following a pre-defined template attached.
The template already has the size and where each command will be so the illustration could be done around that.
the design is simple, basically the panel is all black with a colored gray line around buttons.
Attached a reference that i would like to replicate.
The design also has some titles for the buttons such as start, select, pause etc. please consider these text elements as well.
please pay attention to these details in the reference:

1- background is all black

2- give some margin to the buttons. the design i shared is where the buttons will be placed so the circle should surround them. not exactly over them

3- the thinness shouldn't be so thin. its a little bit bold.

4- look at the reference and you will notice that the command button circles surrounds each button but not completely. there are some intersections do the line covers the outside part mostly. pay attention to the image
around.buttons. jpg attached. it should how it should be. the example has 6 buttons. my template has 8 but thats the same idea

5- there should be a circle around the center bigger circle too.

6- I also would like to add an Atari logo in the center bottom of the panel. below the biggest circle
logo should be the same color as the lines

7- in the very bottom of the template you will notice 2 bigger circles. one each side of the panel. left and right for these two i would like to ad circle with arrows arround like in the example attached: circle.png.
it should be the same thickness as the other buttons
