I am looking for a skilled animator to bring our day camp logo to life with a minimalistic animation. The animation should be in MP4 format.

The animated logo will be used at the start and end of our weekly camp slideshow. The logo has various images in it. I would like to bring them to life, somehow. Eg, the fish to jump out the water, the trees to russle, the sun rays to shimmer, the tent flap to flap, the camp fire to flicker, maybe birds in the sky ... I will leave all of the animation to your discretion.
