I have worked for three companies Prc333 for Dynamics airways, Corphone, and Deelo. First Prc333 was a call center for Dynamics Airways. I managed a large number of phone calls, chat, messages, complains, refunds, and emails using Zendesk. I learned to work under pressure and with a dynamic attitude no matter the circumstances. Which is the reason I was promoted to work exclusively with travel agencies. At Corphone my main goal was helping customers while simultaneously increasing sales for the company.
