He is good technically no doubt, but very unprofessional behavior. he committed and accepted the project and later realized that he has accepted it for very low cost and has given wrong time estimate. And then he stopped replying to me. I waited for a whole night and day and kept requesting to reply my messages and deliver something as client was continuously calling and i was in trouble but he never replied. Even then i talked to client, explained everything and he was willing to increase the budget so i offered him once again to at least reply and negotiate and lets continue, but never heard back. So finally i had to raise dispute and cancel the project when no hope was left that he will deliver anything.
