This project was to design this interesting wooden Kitchen Board. I made it for CNC Milling. I've used Photoshop for Graphic Designing and Fusion 360 for CAD/CAM. For this project, I had to edit the image that my client shared with me to design the CAM programming. I needed to use 3 specific tools for the CNC milling, and the machining time needed to be done in less than an hour. I had to use these tooling to get the Kitchen Board milled; - 38 mm Face Mill. - 12 mm Flat Mill. - 3 mm Ball Mill. I've started to edit the image with Photoshop to give a gradient. I needed to create the illusion that the characters on the board are climbing up the mountain, and the mountain had to need deep. Using a Fusion 360 Add-In, I could create a mesh for that optical illusion where the characters are climbing up a long mountain. Then I did create a surface from that mesh, I used splitting procedures, and extrusions to finally have finished the 3D modeling for the Kitchen Board. bit.ly/3oTFPn2u

I've made the 3D modeling using Inventor and developed the manufacturing drawings also on Inventor. The challenge was to learn how to match and replicate all layers' properties, colors, and bullets that were on an existing book that showed the overall assembly of the Cat Enclosure by using Inventor instead of Illustrator. Once I finished all the drawings with the proper colors and layers in Inventor, I created a page formatting on Illustrator to grab all the pages I needed for the project and finally draft the book on InDesign. I've used Illustrator for Graphic Designing, and InDesign for Book Designing. I had to use these tooling to get the Kitchen Board milled; - 38 mm Face Mill. - 12 mm Flat Mill. - 3 mm Ball Mill. I've started to edit the image with Photoshop to give a gradient. I needed to create the illusion that the characters on the board are climbing up the mountain, and the mountain had to need deep. Using a Fusion 360 Add-In, I could create a mesh for that optical illusion where the characters are climbing up a long mountain. Then I did create a surface from that mesh, I used splitting procedures, and extrusions to finally have finished the 3D modeling for the Kitchen Board. bit.ly/3oTFPn2u
