• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (MRWED Training and Assessment, Australia)
• Strong exposure in Recruitment and Selection
• Extensive experience in conducting end to end process to deliver specific timelines-- initial interviewing, administering English proficiency tests and client-specific tests, behavioral interview and endorsing of candidates to the Hiring Managers
• Experienced in sourcing potential candidates and market strategy- knowledgeable in using different job portals: Jobstreet, JobsDB, Indeed, LinkedIn, Monster, etc.
• Has strong English communication skill, both in oral and written; ability to communicate to top executives and officials in the corporate industry
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple, conflicting priorities in a professional manner
