In my most significant work experience, developed in Casa Blanco SA for almost 12 years and at the same time that I was studying a Public Accountant degree, I can say that I acquired knowledge and experience in different administrative areas of an organization, such as:
- Cashier: handling of cash, checks, capture terminals, cash invoicing, current account and credit notes. Customer service and conflict resolution.
- Credits and Collections: as a Credit and Accounts Receivable Analyst, my tasks were the conciliation and collection of current accounts, management of means of payment and credit card settlements, mass invoicing of sales and returns, and development of processes administrative.
- Treasury: endorsement and deposit of checks, control of total collections, cash counts, management of values for payment orders.
- Head of Cashiers: of the 4 branches of the company. I was in charge of 10 people, I had to coordinate schedules, replacements, vacations, meet the need for new vacancies, development of administrative and operational procedures related to the sector, among other things.
- Accounting Department: I led a work team composed of 3 collaborators, accounting records, reconciliation and audit of accounts, preparation and preparation of balance sheets, accounting inflation adjustment, tax settlement. Development of administrative and operational procedures, management of import Foreign Trade operations.
Regarding personal characteristics, I have a proactive, restless personality, always looking for new tasks and knowledge. Analytical, conciliatory, with capacity for teamwork and leadership. Marked vocation for project management, administrative management and the development of procedures for the optimization of organizations, as well as conflict resolution and customer service, both internal and external.
