I am a reliable, enthusiastic, and work diligent individual with more than 6 yrs of working in the dental field. I am skilled with various Dental Software like Denticon, Open Dental, Dentrix. My everyday work consists of answering the phones for patient inquiries and scheduling appt while verifying the dental insurance of patients either by website, phone, or fax, I am also doing claim follow-up for outstanding claims, and I also make sure to check the ledger of the patient's scheduled a day before their appt and make notes on their past due balances and if they have copay's for the procedure done on that appt. This may be a lot but this has been normal for me and has gotten used to it. I am a very open-minded person and I am willing to be trained for more tasks if needed.
