Need USA based web designer to make tableless CSS XHTML web layout

Need **USA based web designer** to make tableless CSS XHTML web layout and logo. **English must be your first language.** I need a template either built from scratch or customized from a concept. I could give you a link to a similar site and give you color schemes. It is for a website that consists of about 8 pages so I need some various options for "content" containers. It needs to be neat and clean. The css and xhtml layout will eventually be put into an asp.net mvc site so it must be simple to integrate. I need someone who is decent at graphics but ultimately must be an expert at xhtml and tableless designs with css. html 5 is a plus. Logo must be print friendly: It must use solid colors, no shaded colors, no 3d reflective lighting. Simple and clean is good. I prefer someone I can talk to on the phone rather than trying to explain any changes through messaging.
