Solving scripting problem in WMA files

We embed a timer file into the header of wma files to move to various sections of a web page as the audio is played. We want the browser to simply scroll down a long web page as the wma file is played using various name tags. In the script section we have time1 (00:01:04) URL ./samefilename.htm#movehere1 time2 (00:05:02) URL ./samefilename.htm#movehere2 And in [url removed, login to view], we mark the place to move to using HTML name tags (name="movehere1") etc. The problem is that Firefox and Chrome will just open up another copy of [url removed, login to view] in a new tab, and will keep doing this for each time, instead of just moving down the page. Looking either to fix this issue, or to develop an alternate scheme for having an audiofile scroll down a web page as audio is played.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
