I am looking for a virtual assistant that can assist me with my everyday tasks. I work on many different projects so you must be good at multi-tasking and staying organized. You must have a very flexible schedule and be willing to help me on weekends if needed. Some of the tasks include: Customer Service: Replying to customer emails, Managing Facebook Messages, and monitoring Facebook comments. Creating Product Listings: You will be creating product listing's inside of both Shopify & Woocommerce. Setup: You must be capable of setting up websites such as Shopify and Woocommerce, Reporting: You must know how to create and manage spreadsheets. Photoshop: You must have a basic understanding of photoshop, You don't need to be a professional, but you may need to do some basic things inside of photoshop. Social Media: You must be proficient in all of the major social media networks such as Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.. Organization: I need you to be a very organized person because I am not and I need someone to make sure everything stays properly organized at all times. Troubleshooting: I am a very busy person and will not always have time to teach you how to do things, You must be good at researching and learning how to do things on your own if you are not sure how to do it.
