PSD, Wordpress, HTML5, CSS3, Responsiveness

Hi There, I need your Urgent expertise. Owner of web bus. I have a AI (illustrator CS6) design - which now needs to be converted to a responsive Wordpress site. and/or PSD design - I need your expertise. I need to convert to the Avada theme, by Theme-Forest, as it contains functionality for Multi-Site support, and is already responsive. The design is a few "main-pages". Then a design for 20 page "Multi-Site" -> where each of these are separate design pages All pages need to be edited by Admin - simple easy to use admin panel Each page design must 100% look like the design - we then need to add slideshows, text boxes, accordions, videos, buttons etc -> which is different per page-design. There is a gallery/media page.. Almost every element must be edited in ADMIN - We must use the AVADA WP theme (as it contains MultiSite support) from ThemeForest I really need: 1) your quote and timeline - please provide an estimate 2) Can you please "walk me through" and guide me as to how to program the Avada theme to pick up on these AI / Photoshop designs? 3) I have sliced and saved all images in Photoshop CS6 I really need your expertise, advise and best skills. All designs *must* look exactly - and must be converted to responsive WP Avada theme - to look exactly 100% as per the design. Once done, the admin panel needs to be simple for the user / client to update almost every section from text, videos, links, slideshows, testimonials etc. with Multi-Site support. Each page can be based on it's own WP page/template - as long as it looks like the design. Minimal use of widgets & plugins. No page builders. Please see main page design attached.
