Looking to hire wordpress expert for wordpress 20 pages website

Copy an existing site and re-code them to match a new custom design that is completed. There are 20 page templates in WordPress using the Bridge theme. Template elements have been built with custom wpbakery shortcodes. The final product must meet WCAG 2.0 standards.
The existing site that is being copied has most of the functionality built already but the new website has one section the existing site does not. It is a custom map section. This functionality will have to be setup with a map plugin that we will provide. It will need a custom post type as well.
Please do not apply on this job if you do not have experience creating custom wpbakery shortcodes. Experience with the Bridge theme is also preferred.
