Implement search by postcode into Woocommerce multi-vendor site

Hi! I would like to update my marketplace with a couple plugins: PLUGIN 1: GEO SEARCH FEATURE I'm looking to implement a plugin into my Woocommerce multi vendor marketplace that will allow geo-searching as eBay and other sites easily allow. I'm using Yith Multi-Vendor plugin currently. Step 1: This feature will allow users to search by entering their post code location. This will bring up only the products of vendors that can deliver to that post code (as it's heavy items). Step 2: The plugin will allow admin or individual vendors to update with a list of postcodes they can deliver to, or select an area on Google maps that covers their delivery area. This can be updated via an excel list or something reasonably easy. PLUGIN 2: This is more easy to do as the script has been written already but I'd like to install this messaging system for buyers and vendors to communicate or a similar one to be designed. [login to view URL] I'd like to integrate this into the current Woocommerce messaging system so order emails, quotes, etc can all be delivered via this messaging system. Important - I'd like to also integrate the function of vendors paying for credits to message certain potential buyers in a linkedin style system. They would choose from a list or admin would begin the introduction for example. Also conversation can be started from each vendors profile page. I'd also like the ability for admin to broadcast messages to all vendors/buyers.
