Develop 2 features for our Vue.js based WordPress site

2 Tasks included in this job. Our site is a directory site to which users can upload new listings and search based on the listings' set parameters/fields. The demo site is available here: wilcity.com. Task 1: - We have 3 different fields for searching and uploading listings: Country, County, City. These are fields that are handled by the theme's drag-and-drop listing field editor so that basically means that they are stored in a big array, in the following format: "hungary:Hungary, england:England, usa:USA...", same for the counties/cities. So there is no connection between them anyhow. What we'd like though is that when a user selects the field "country" on the search page, and sets it to Hungary, then after he opens down the second filter (county), we'd like it to have only those fields inside there that are related to Hungary, so only counties that are present in Hungary, we don't want the ones from England, since the user have selected Hungary previously in the country filter, same for the cities. Task 2: We would like users (not listing owners) to be able to upload a picture to the listings' galleries, but using a second gallery. Listing owners can setup their listings and upload a few photos to their galleries, but we want a second type of gallery, which is managed by the community (similar to Google Maps, etc.), instead of the listing owner. [AKF92JD => include this code in your proposal when you propose for this job, otherwise we won't respond to it] For example a user might upload a photo of their favorite food in the restaurant when they order it. We want a button for uploading a picture on the listings' single page, then that photo should appear immediately below the standard gallery, with a name of "User Gallery", but it should use the same Vue.js element for showing pictures as the standard gallery (we will provide you with the source code for it). We also want to be able to manage these photos from the listings' backend wordpress post editor, since listings are stored as posts and we need to have the ability to remove unwanted pictures.
