Convert home page of Zerif Lite Wordpress site to static page

Hi! I need to hire a WordPress coder that is familiar with the Zerif Lite theme. My website is beautiful and approved (and I don't want any changes); however, we need to use a static page instead of the latest post option. The theme appears to support a static page; however, I've been told that the main page needs to be built using Siteorigin page builder. The problem is that it was designed using their theme options, and I need to be able to insert some unique code in the header of the main page only. To do that, it appears we need to convert it to a static page. The code is a mobile redirect script, I create my own mobile websites with more functionality. So, the code needs to be placed ABOVE the </head> tag only on the main page. I'm using the plugin AddFunc Head & Footer Code to add the unique mobile redirect script to the pages. It adds a head and footer code box to each page. Each one is set except for the main home page. Thank you, Eric
