Atahualpa wordpress customization / setup

Hello, for a new project of mine I want to create a website (draft is attached) with WordPress, namely with the Atahualpa theme. However, my knowledge of customizing WordPress themes is limited. Could you please tell me how much it would be if you realize the attached image as Wordpress/Atahualpa theme? I would give you access to my server via FTP and you should install WordPress, Atahualpa, the customization etc, so that I can just use it. Also, the installation should have additional addons (or the Atahualpa options enabled) for: - SEO friendly URLs - Possibility to easily export and import ALL settings, so I could setup the blog easily on another server - Possibility for users to subscribe Atom/RSS feeds - Possibility to for users to submit pages to the common social media sites (facebook, delicious, google+, ...) - I want to use the option of Atahualpa to use nested menus i will create all content my self but on the homepage the headlines of the first three Blog posts should be visible - Google Analytics should be integrated on all pages. I can send you my Google Analytics Code Snippet - whenever a page in the Blog is created or updated, a sitemap should be created/updated automatically and send to Google - The addons [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] (or similar ones) should be integrated - Backup function that creates e.g. daily backups from the blog inlcuding all data on my server and e.g. sends them weekly to my email (or some comparable kind of backup). I am looking forward for an offer (ideally a flat fee). Best regards
