Word Report Template update

We are a small professional services firm and write (1-4 page) assessment reports in word daily for our clients. As a group of 40 yo professionals we have a passing capability with Word and have managed to make what we have work. As we expand however we need to ensure consistency between individuals (we work together virtually), and ideally we want to ensure our psychologists are spending their time doing the 'psych stuff' not the 'formatting stuff'. If there is scope to make what we do prettier, cooler or just smarter then chances are we want to do that. We are pretty sure we are doing things the hard way, but don't know enough to know what the better way is. Hence this project! Currently all formatting is manual, and we are looking to create efficiencies with styles, autofill, conditional formatting (can you even still do that in word?) etc so anything beyond the content writing is faster and we have greater consistency. We are hoping we can also up the ante a bit on the look and feel of the reports as we do this. This project is to design and create the first version of a 2-3 page report. Once we are happy with this we will look to update the additional versions that are 90% the same in structure to the first. 6 formats for this initial client, with up to 10 more for other needs. The example format attached is the longest format we use.
