Our company has a word document we are currently using to send to our clients. It is a questionnaire that we need all of our clients to complete. It is currently in Word format. We need to get this changed to an interactive PDF. This way we can send our clients the PDF version and they type their answers into the document and tick the check boxes required. We need to have certain rules in place to allow them to only check one box for some questions and multiple for others. If possible we would need the PDF to be uploaded directly to our CRM - Connective Mercury. Or somehow transfer the information in the PDF to our CRM.
