Hello, I can develop a Windows shell extension that will add another menu item (New -> Special Folder) that shows up when you right-click. The shell extension will then ask the user for first name, last name and client id as you described. It will then create a set of default folders within the new folder. It will probably take less than 3 days to develop this extension and test. Thanks

Hello, I have experience in Windows desktop application development. As far as I understand from the description you need to extend Windows' explore right click context menu with one additional item, for ex. "My client's folder" and after click the window is appeared to write first, last names, client ID. After confirm folder should be created. The result of my work will be 2 files: *.exe to register/unregfister context menu item and *.dll file to make this item workable. Thank you.

I propose creating a simple Windows application that would provide data entry boxes for the client's first name, client's last name and client id. The program would check to make sure there isn't already a folder matching the input parameters and would inform you if there was. If there is no existing matching folders, the program would create the folder and all sub folders. This is NOT going to be a right-click feature.
