Install PHP website on Windows Server 2003

I need an experienced individual that can install a PHP website on Windows Server 2003. In addition:
1. This PHP website has 295 sub-domains that will need to be configured (not within DNS Server).
2. This PHP website also has some miscellaneous configuration settings that will need to be configured on a global basis.
Payment will be issued when website goes live. Huge potential for additional future work - for the right individual.
